This Privacy Policy explains how JYESTA CORPORATE ENTITY(OPC) PVT LTD

, operating under the brand name VEDIK, collects, uses, stores, protects, and handles personal data of parents/guardians and students who register for or use our focus, routine, discipline, accountability, reporting, and student development programs.

We take privacy seriously, especially because our program may involve students below 18 years of age. Our approach is simple: collect only what is necessary, use it only for the program, protect it responsibly, and never sell or misuse it.

This policy is intended to align with applicable Indian data protection principles, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, under which children’s personal data requires verifiable parental or lawful guardian consent before processing. The Act also restricts processing that may negatively affect a child’s well-being and prohibits behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
