Not a coaching institute

Not a substitute for school, coaching, or subject teaching

Not a medical, counselling, psychiatric, or therapy service

Not a psychological diagnosis platform

Not a guaranteed marks-improvement program

Not a rank-guarantee, admission-guarantee, or result-guarantee service

We do not teach school subjects unless specifically mentioned in a selected plan. We do not diagnose or treat mental health, learning disorders, medical conditions, behavioural disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or any clinical condition.

If a student requires medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or special education support, the parent/guardian must consult a qualified professional.

3. Parent/Guardian as Account Owner

Since many students may be below 18 years of age, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

The parent/guardian confirms that:

They are legally authorized to enroll the student

They are responsible for payment

They have read and accepted these Terms

They consent to the student’s participation

They consent to necessary data processing for program delivery

They remain the primary account owner and decision-maker

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before processing children’s personal data and restricts certain harmful processing, behavioural monitoring, and targeted advertising directed at children.

4. Student Participation

The student is expected to participate honestly, respectfully, and consistently.

The parent/guardian understands that results from the program depend on:

Student effort

Student attendance

Student honesty in completing tasks

Parent support at home

School/coaching workload

Health and personal circumstances

Exam difficulty

Consistency over time

We can provide structure and accountability. We cannot force discipline if the student and parent do not participate.

5. No Guarantee of Marks, Rank, Admission, or Result

We do not guarantee:

Specific marks

Percentage improvement

Rank improvement

Board exam results

JEE/NEET/competitive exam results

Admission into any school, college, or institution

Behavioural transformation

Complete removal of distraction

Guaranteed focus improvement

Guaranteed academic success

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, reports, or marketing statements are illustrative and do not guarantee the same outcome for every student.

The program focuses on process outcomes such as routine adherence, focus-block completion, consistency, planning, and accountability.

6. Program Details and Plan Inclusions

The exact inclusions depend on the plan purchased.

Before payment, the parent/guardian is responsible for understanding:

If any service has already started, including onboarding, LMS access, session scheduling, routine planning, communication, reports, activity sharing, or support, the program will be considered initiated.

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 recognizes concepts such as deficiency in service and unfair contracts, so the company must actually provide the promised service and maintain records of delivery.

If a duplicate payment is made, the customer must contact us with:

Student name

Registered mobile number

Transaction ID

12. Program Pause, Extension, or Batch Change
