For colleges & universities · Karnataka
We bring a paper made entirely of real UPSC past questions and run it in one of your halls. Every student who sits gets a personal diagnostic report. Your department gets a cohort report. The top scorers win scholarships.
You provide a room, a date, and students. That is the whole ask.
What VEDIK is
We have taken 12 years of UPSC papers, mapped every question onto the official syllabus, and weighted each topic by the marks it has actually carried. We make no claim to predict the paper. What we claim is narrower and checkable: every percentage we show opens to the exact past questions behind it, and every textbook passage we quote is cited to its book, chapter and page.
The scholarship exam
The paper is drawn entirely from real UPSC Prelims and CSAT papers — we hold 1,431 past questions with verified answer keys. We do not write mock questions and we do not let a machine invent them. Each question on a student's report is labelled with the year it was asked.
It is a written paper, sat under invigilation in a hall. No computers, no internet, and no requirement for students to own a device.
What the institution provides
No fee of any kind. Not from the institution, and not from the students who sit.
What we provide
What students get
Every student who sits receives the full diagnostic report and free access to VEDIK while it is in beta, whatever they score. For most of them this is the first honest measurement they have had of where they actually stand against the real paper.

Solid
The past-paper corpus, the answer keys, the syllabus weighting and the source-cited explanations are built, checked, and open to inspection. The scholarship exam rests entirely on these.
Still being built
VEDIK is an early-stage product in free beta. Its guided lessons cover a small number of topics so far and are being written out steadily. Where a topic has no verified source behind it, the app says so rather than filling the gap with something generated.
Questions we are usually asked
Nothing. There is no fee, no minimum commitment, and no purchase obligation for the college or for any student.
About two hours for the sitting, plus a short briefing beforehand. We can run it outside teaching hours or on a Saturday if that is easier.
No. It is a printed paper answered by hand. Students collect their diagnostic report afterwards through a personal link, which works on any phone.
There is no minimum that makes it not worth doing. Thirty is a comfortable size; we can handle several hundred with enough notice.
We bring our own team and follow your invigilation norms. Faculty are welcome to observe, and many institutions prefer to appoint an observer.
Within 10 working days of the sitting — the individual diagnostics and the department's cohort report together.
No. Every student who sits keeps the diagnostic and free beta access regardless of score, and the scholarships are awarded on the paper alone.
Next step
We will work to your dates, not ours. Nothing here commits the institution to anything — it starts a conversation, and we reply within two working days.
